Travel back in time to this newly renovated 1917 Historical Home nestled by the Marina District on one of Cape May's most iconic tree lined streets. This stand-alone home has just been completed with high end finishes, lots of natural light and colorful, cozy, coastal decor. Enjoy the beach about a mile away, an abundance of attractions and outdoor activities, or go wine/beer tasting. Return home to stargaze from the deck, play poker, or watch TV. Walkable to the Lobster House, Lucky Bones, Mayer’s Tavern, C-View Restaurant and multiple other dining options. Want to dine in? The home offers a gorgeous chef's kitchen and an outdoor eating area in its spacious backyard equipped with a grill. Pictures can’t even begin to convey the beauty of this property. Don’t believe us? #### Amazing Stay

We had 7 people stay at this location for 5 nights. The entire property is very clean and has high quality details such as the Italian appliances, comfortable furniture, and other cherries on top such as a clean grill, everything basic for the kitchen, and quick communication. The location is great as well!

#### Perfect for our family

Got lucky with this place…newly remodeled, beautiful, comfortable, convenient location. Gives the option for a walk or close drive to all the stores and restaurants with the marina vibe and only a mile from the town and beach near congress hall. Well worth it and the host was extremely helpful and great with suggestions for our family when venturing out. Highly recommend this property and hosts!

#### Historical house turned modern

This house has it all - open concept main floor, 2 full baths, a bright attic bedroom perfect for teens, a lovely patio complete with grill and outdoor seating. Everything is new, clean and welcoming. We had a great week and hope to return next year.
