It is completely renovated inside and out. Very clean which is the first thing I look for. We are a family of four adults, one teen, two 8-11 year olds and a 4 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone. Nice neighborhood. Shops and restaurants close by. The location was perfect for us. The property is one mile from the ferry which is very convenient (we came over from Lewes). We used Uber to go into historic Cape May to see the Christmas Parade and we were there in 10 minutes. The outside looks like it would be fun in the summer.My only minor recommendation would be to add mattress pads to the beds. Sheets directly on a mattress are not very comfortable but maybe that's just me.I think the home is most likely meant to be a summer rental. We found the heat to be uneven. The second floor was way too warm as were the bedrooms on the first floor when the doors were closed. We actually closed vents and cracked windows. The living and kitchen areas were much cooler.
