"Overall, it was a nice stay! Great price for the location! It was a bit of a bummer to have to bring sheets and towels, however, I guess that’s why it is a more affordable option. The place was very clean and host was very responsive. I only took off a star because there was a door leading to another unit that was unlocked and there were other people in it. We tried locking it multiple times however it would not stay locked because it was an electronic mechanism. Also the bunk bed mattress had a lot of hair on it which was a little uncomfortable for us. Overall, I would go back! It was a nice stay, just some minor fixes would make it a 10/10!"

"Very nice house with 4 bedrooms for up to 11 people. Ideal living space, dining area and kitchen. Excellent location, within 1/2 mile from Beach, Congress Hall, Washington Street and our favorite; Rusty Nail. Highly recommend!"

"Charges for amenities that weren't open ; outdoor pool or outdoor bar . Construction took up a lot of parking ; had a guy try to get in our door as I was walking out ; called front desk still waiting on manager to call back . Uneven floor upstairs make you walk with caution . The mini split is huge and very very loud right at your ear at your bed . Location perfect"

"This is a unique property, being g a historic hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the lobby very attractive and the bar and restaurant very good. But be prepared for some quirky things. There are no phones in the rooms, nor common amenities like coffee machine, mini fridge or microwaves. The elevator is amazing, the oldest in the eastern U.S. and one of only 2 like it, the other is in Paris. It will only fit about 4 people, 3 if you have luggage, as there has to be an employee operating the elevator. So if you're claustrophobic, request a room on a low floor. Not sure what other bathrooms are like, but ours was super small. Obviously once a closet, and the shower stall could really use an update. We also had to put a heater in our room because it was so cold and you can't adjust temperature. The staff, however, was stellar"
