We loved the property! It felt very homey! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around and play with out us being on top of each other! The back deck was a big plus! We loved being able to sit outside and cook and just relax! It was super clean! We definitely recommend the place to everyone and will be going back!!
This was an amazing place to stay. Its a beautiful property, enough beds for our large family, the back deck was the perfect place to drink coffee and enjoy nature in the mornings. It is close to the lake, we sadly didnt get to enjoy the lake do to the lake being up, but we were able to talk to the cabin/shacks accross the street where they had a pool and they let us pay and swim. Its in a perfect location, far enough from the city but close enough for you to enjoy Branson.
There was plenty of room to gather with the family in every area, including the kitchen, living room, or bedrooms. Everything was available that was needed, and the home was clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.
Friends recommended the area for fishing so we booked this VRBO and had a wonderful vacation. The home was so clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations! We will definitely stay here again in the future.
The house was well set up and furnished with all the things needed to make stay comfortable. It had a very cozy lake cabin decor, and within walking distance to lake and marina. Host was very welcoming and responded quickly to any of our needs and questions. We are looking to stay again next trip.
Cozy place close to lake. Clean and creatively decorated. Great bunk area for kids. We had room enough in kitchen to cook Thanksgiving Dinner. Very close walk to lake and docks
Awesome, quiet place! Very well equipped for needs! Very homey and loved loved loved the rustic feel!! We would use this location again if needed. Thanks!
We stayed 6 days with a group of 10. Tons of room in the house. Beautifully decorated in a style that makes you feel at home. Every amenity you could possibly imagine needing. The hosts were close by and very friendly. Unbelievable bargain!
The pictures don't do this place justice. Really pretty decor which wasn't too 'cutesy'. Plenty of separate hangout spaces so everyone could spread out and no one got cranky. Had everything we needed and more...toiletries, extra bedding, plenty of towels, games, movies and a loaded kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet and the fire pit was loaded and ready to go. Would definately stay here again!
My wife’s parents life in Cape Fair, so this place was perfect for our growing family. We have our children and significant others plus our 4 young grandchildren. This place worked great for them to stay and our family to gather for meals with us and my in-laws. It is quiet and peaceful and we all had a great time being so close to there house and the Cape Fair Marina. Brad was super easy to work with and has a neat home for anyone.
This is a cozy home that comfortably sleeps 12 people in a beautiful, idyllic location close to the lake, and an easy drive to nearby Branson. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and explore, and the back porch is fantastic for sitting, relaxing, socializing, bbq'ing and enjoying great company of friends and family.
What really set this property apart though was the host Brad! Our group was scheduled to stay at this property less than 48 hours after a tornado swept through the area. Brad and his friends and family spent Independence Day working tirelessly to clear the area of numerous downed trees and debris, and fortuitously had the skills, expertise and access to resources to restore power to the property before we arrived. Brad also went above and beyond when my 6 and 8 year old sons expressed a special interest in some of the nearby heavy equipment.
The cabin was great! They had it all decorated for fall it even smelled like fall we loved it ! Also in the mornings and late in the evening too you can see deer on the property.
Great space indoor and outdoor for our large family. Cabin is well furnished with kitchen supplies and bathrooms have lots of towels. Host very responsive and flexible.
Finding it was easy and the check in was simple. The property was clean and had everything we needed to make the stay easy. We rented a boat from the local docks and they were awesome as well. Couldn't have asked for a better place!!
