"We had such an amazing stay! Two girlfriends and I recently stayed at this beautiful, spacious home, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The Pelicans Nest was over 3,000 square feet, beautifully set up, and had everything we could possibly need. Not to mention the beautiful sunset from the upstairs balcony . It truly felt like a home away from home. We were able to take our little four legged babies with us, in which they loved to run around the fenced in backyard. They even supplied water and food bowl for them, plus little blankets. It was amazing for them too. The beach was literally just a five-minute drive away, which was such a wonderful bonus! If you’re planning a visit in September, the beach was practically empty when we were there. And if you have four-legged friends with you, they can enjoy plenty of freedom to run and play off-leash. The host Rick was awesome! Communication was easy and breezy, Rick responded quickly to every email and question we had. He explained everything clearly, and check-in was so easy and convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a girls’ getaway. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! "

"The property was spacious and the home had all amenities. There was room for parking and grass for walking the dog. You could sit outside and hear the ocean. There were several views of the ocean. We were fortunate to have three days of perfect weather and had a wonderful visit.Thanks Kenny for making our family visit extra special."

"If it was based on the view it would be 10! However, turning away from the windows there's some needs. Some basic upkeep i.e. toilet seat, toilet plungers are your view when sitting in the toilet, sitting next to the dirty tub mats - contamination. The info notebook is not the existing company, and not current. The TV needs explicit instructions re: the correct input, what remotes to use, labeled remotes, and one of them the back battery cover fell off all the time. The ramp mat to the front door is torn and tattered...not a good first impression. The recliners are dirty as are the pillows. Few cans of paint, update and some love would give the 5....the host seems to be resting on the laurels of the fantastic view."
