It has 4 bedrooms, one of which is a children's bedroom with 2 beds (140X190 + 90X190) and 1 baby cot, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a large living room with bay window of 7m, and a US kitchen including, freezer, fridge, wine cellar (empty), induction hob, oven, ice maker, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. A cellar with washing machine and dryer. The shaded 40 m2 terrace and two outdoor tables with their chairs will welcome you for convivial meals. A plancha with its tools is available. 4X4 heated swimming pool with whirlpool and whirlpool + outdoor shower.

Maison idéale

La maison est située au calme, tout près des plages. Elle est spacieuse avec une grande baie vitrée qui permet de vivre dedans/dehors. La piscine avec les bulles est un vrai plaisir. La literie : un bonheur. La maison est équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de générosité et elle a un vrai caractère. Et les propriétaires ont été extrêmement disponibles et charmants.

Superbe villa à proximité immédiate de l'océan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans la villa de Sylvie et Philippe. Retour extrêmement positif que ce soit sur 1/ la qualité de la maison - aménagement des pièces, niveau des prestations mises à disposition et en bonus pas mal de matériel mis à disposition (rare pour ce type de location) 2/ la localisation - plage de la Piste à pied en quelques minutes et tout accessible à vélo y compris la Vélodyssée pour les amateurs 3/ la relation directe avec les propriétaires. Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller cette villa pour passer de merveilleuses vacances à Capbreton et ses environs !

Tout était PARFAIT!!

Des hôtes très disponibles, très sympathiques, très accueillants. Une belle maison très bien décorée, très bien entretenue, idéale pour une famille. Un emplacement idéal, au calme, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage, à côté de la piste cyclable. Et enfin, un bon rapport qualité/prix! Que demander de mieux.....À refaire!

Nice house with a good setup to host two families. Close access to the beach with only 5 minutes to walk. Quite neighborhood with separate entrance gate. Bicycles recommenden for daily shopping or restaurant visits

Ein wunderschön gelegenes außerordentlich gepflegtes Haus in dem wir uns mit drei Kindern sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Die Vermieter sind überaus zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir viele schöne Korrespondenzen. Ankommen, Schuhe ausziehen und nach vierzehn Tagen wieder anziehen - Erholung pur!

Great location, wonderful host, good for families with children and couples., well-equipped villa

We were 7 adults and 1 child aged 8 months at the house in August. We were greeted by the host when we arrived and felt very welcome. Introduction of the house went fast and smooth, everything was in good shape and was very clean. The host left and let us know to contact if there was any problem. The living room in the house is big and a nice gathering space. The 4 bedrooms consist of 3 rooms with double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed where the lower bed is bigger than the one on top. They have a childrens bed as well. Bathrooms are spacious and nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up meals and there's a plancha grill in the backyard as well that worked really well. Maybe the best part about the house is the big terrace in the backyard (it also has a roof terrace and one addiotional terrace from one of the downstairs bedroom). It has a big table and lots of seating. Also there are big "fatboys" in the terrace to sit on. We didn't use the TV set, but it has a lot of channels. The beach is about 5 minutes walk away. We surfed everyday, good spot for surf if you like that. The house has UV-tent and umbrellas. Also it has some bodyboards. You can easily walk to the centre ville Capbreton in about 10-15 minutes an Hossegor in 30 minutes. Hossegor might be a bit better for dining out than Capbreton. At check out the host was very flexible to come earlier than what was agreed and we were really thankful for that. The host was professional in every way and provided great service. I recommend this house because the host is very professional, the house is really clean, quiet and central location, good for children and couples.
