\- a third bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed,  
\- a 2-seater sofa-bed,  
\- bathroom with shower and WC,  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities, fan, clothes hangers,  
\- high chair, children's games and books,  
\- TV, central heating,  
\- garage,  
\- private parking. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

The Gaillou district, where the accommodation is located, is very quiet. You'll find it easy to get around thanks to the bike paths just outside the residence and the bus stops serving nearby towns. Reach the nearest beach in just 7 minutes by bike!
