### El Dar - A 1 km de la plage

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming cottage for rent in Capbreton, less than a kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 100 m². Sheets and towels are included, so we're just waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 25 m² living room with a double sofa bed and dining area  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate toilet, accessible from the bathroom  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 100 m² garden, private and partially enclosed, with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
For your comfort, the owners provide the following equipment: fan, electric space heater, etc.  
  
The cottage is ideally located in Capbreton, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.  
  
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Bayonne, about 9 miles away  
\- Nearest airport: Biarritz, about 12 miles away

\- Sheets and towels included  
\- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation  
\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
