Quiet property with just enough Vegas attitude but we stayed there since parking was free and the Strip was accessible by car. Park free at Treasure Island and you are good to go

Everything was great with the exception of staff not explaining details. Maybe they believe you have stayed there before and know all the ins and outs. Do not assume anything. Ask the dumb questions like “the $150 credit I have is that because there is a $150 hold on my credit card or this is a credit the hotel is giving me to spend?”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel has great restaurants and stores. However, our experience was somewhat marred by a few issues. We arrived early and were informed that early check-in wasn’t available unless we upgraded our rooms, which cost an extra $60+ per night. Unfortunately, the rooms did not meet expectations given the price. The telephone shower head was broken, and the swivel mirror attached to the wall was loose as well. I didn’t feel like this upgrade was worth the money.
