"Didn’t even bother staying. Place is disgusting. If you have allergies or asthma: DO NOT BOOK!!! The place reeks. My daughter had trouble breathing. The lobby is musty, the rooms reek of decay/mold/chemicals. The rooms are not properly cleaned (found hair, fecal matter, crumbs) all over bedding/bathroom/area. It is disgusting. They will fight the refund. Pay extra and stay elsewhere!!! "

"Staff was very friendly. Location was great. Room was very comfortable and quiet . Pool was not open yet but they did offer up another resort that had their pool open that we could use. Offered us suggestions for dinner locations. Overall the stay was enjoyable "

"Overall, I wasn’t really satisfied with my stay. The hotel is quite old, and it just doesn’t feel convenient. When you compare it to other places, the value for the price really drops. It’s old, not particularly clean, and the amenities aren’t easily accessible. The staff is limited, so service is lacking. I wouldn’t recommend it."

"One of the best locations we've ever stayed at for a ski trip. 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. The furniture was all really worns, carpet worn and didnt feel like the cleanliest stay. The stove tops were also out of service and we were provided portable electric burners. It slowed down our cooking a lot which was an inconvenience. However, the property was willing to give us a small refund for the unsable appliances. The key to the hot tub also didnt work. "

"Nice 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge to ski. Roomy condo, enjoyed the quirky decor! Very well stocked with everything you need. Easy communication with host. Would stay there again. "

"Location is great! It’s right next to Canyon Lodge. You can’t get closer. The condo has plenty of room and two master bedrooms. The carpet is worn and coming up where there are seems between rooms. The kitchen could be a little better stocked ( strainer, scissors). Overall it’s a great condo and we would definitely stay here again. The management team I don’t believe is local. I had reached out and asked if there was a crockpot in the room and they told me there wasn’t but when we arrived, there was. We also had an issue the second evening with the shared Jacuzzi not having hot water. When we reached out to management, they said it took 72 hours for the Jacuzzi to heat up which doesn’t make sense. Then I was told it was only hot between four and 10 but we had checked between those hours and it wasn’t even warm. The following day the Jacuzzi was warm and we didn’t have any problems with the rest of the stay. This condo would be great for two families. The adults could stay in the master suites and the children in the third room ( it could sleep 4 children). There’s plenty of couch sitting space in the living room and the dining table would easily seat 8 people. We will be back! "

"Convenient location. Overall good. Manager didn’t answer bell after waiting 10 minutes but he was in the room behind the office. Saw dusty old under wear in water heater closet. The master bedroom light flashes. By the way we left at 7:15 am, April 5th. "
