The staff were great! I just had a hard time finding the rooms in the dark after checking in. They could use a little more lighting in the buildings.

The rooms are old and outdated. Staff are good. BUT can be unhelpful, need to take this opportunity to perhaps provide more training in costumer service

This is such a beautiful resort. The room was spotless, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. What truly made this vacation special was the connection we made with the staff, especially Lizandro at one of the outdoor bars. From our very first interaction, Lizandro took the time to get to know our preferences and would create personalized drinks he thought we would enjoy. He was always attentive, greeted us with a smile, and consistently provided exceptional service. Whenever we visited the bar, we knew exactly who to look for because he always made us feel welcome and taken care of. We truly appreciated the effort and care he put into making our experience memorable. We look forward to coming back and hope to see him and his crew by the pool again on our next visit!

Great location! But apart from the location, the experience of the hotel doesn’t match the premium price it charges. We don’t recommend it and won’t go back.

We had a wonderful experience at CC Beachfront. The staff was excellent with great service, polite, and the food was great. The options for food are not that many and not overwhelming - we prefer it that way and loved that everything was fresh and made to order for us. The first night, we had issues with the room; it was a very weird layout without any standing shower or bathtub, and we requested to change it the next day. Staff agreed, and after that, our experience was great. The resort has a private beach that you have for yourself. Close to the Liberia airport as well. Highly recommend!
