"We really enjoyed our stay at the Metcalfe Hotel! The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and kept in excellent condition. The location is fantastic—central to everything and within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants. There are also plenty of convenient options right outside the hotel, including Pizza joint, Starbucks, and Tim Hortons, which is especially handy when you’re looking for a late-night snack. The area felt very safe and was well lit, which was another plus. My only minor grievance (if I had to mention one), would be the cost of parking at the hotel. If you are driving, it may be worth considering parking at City Hall, which is relatively close to the hotel. Just keep in mind that the City Hall parking lot does not offer in-and-out privileges. We will definitely be staying at the Metcalfe Hotel again if we return to Ottawa."

"The hotel is clean and decent. Staffs are friendly. Though, if you request for a late check out, they will charge you 20 dollars. In my travels, I have never experienced it.haha Otherwise, my overall stay is good."
