WiFi is slow, no iron in the room, no blackout window shade, no staff after 9pm in case of emergency there is no one to assist. Hotel should note those things to guests so we can book accordingly

Central to many day trip locations in Tuscany.
The staff were excellent in all aspects of kindness and professionalism.
