Arrived Tuesday, tired from a long drive from Toledo. Immediately looked after. Room was superb with a great view. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Food very good. Loved the location of the hotel, after 20 days of travelling around Spain and Portugal this rejuvenated the batteries. An excellent hotel.

An excellent property. In the hills just out of Bilbao. Staff are very welcoming especially Anna. She was brilliant and very . We will definitely be back!

Very good spacious rooms with jacuzzi. staff very helpful. We were coming late after working hours in reception and we got video recorded specially for us how to access our room. Very good

Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough

We were lucky enough to happen across this gem when searching for a quiet location close to Santander that would accommodate us and our two small dogs in a hurry. We were taken aback by the extent of kindness and curtesy extended to us by Ivan and warmed by a welcome that was genuine. The accommodation is tasteful and thoughtfully responds to the 150 year old fully renovated building, replete with all of its original timber beams. This is a genuine treasure. Set back a little behind the main road, it is a haven of peace and charm. There is a wonderful seating area both inside and out, Tea and coffee are available throughout the day should you need it. The rooms have beautiful views of the mountains, the place is beautifully decorated and designed. It is well placed for visits to the surrounding area which is stunning. Our advice would be to try both restaurants on the main road for the evening meal as they offer different...

Cinco estrellas elevado al cuadrado!! No puedo sacarle tacha a nada, y eso viniendo de mi ya es decir. Un apartamento precioso, con una ubicación excelente. Todo limpísimo y cuidado hasta el último detalle. El servicio al cliente y de limpieza inmejorable. Y aunque la ventana de a la calle no se oye ni una mosca pasar en la noche. Superb!!

Comfortable accommodation, nice hosts and peaceful area. Great for getting immersed in nature and still feel pampered. Definitely a reference for future visits to Lugo.

Tour by a Monk,although in Spanish, we were able to really see the church and the Monastery. Monk was very engaging for a full 45 minutes.Thebreakfast was excellent and very plentiful.Dinner the same.The Cafe/Bar really excellent with plenty of choice. Car parking was safe and plentiful.
