"The staff at reception were warm and friendly and even allowed an early check-in. The room was spotless, airy and had been cleaned to a high standard. It was well-equipped although a kettle would have been a bonus. The hotel was very convenient for bars, restaurants, museums and the market. Important note: this might be a cultural difference, but the inclusive spa visit makes flip-flops AND swimming cap mandatory - if you don’t have your own upon arrival the hotel requires you to purchase both from the spa reception. This is somewhat unusual for a 4-star hotel in my experience, so worth specifically mentioning. "
