It was spacious and easy to communicate with host to turn on hot tub and adjust temperature as desired. The home had a large dining table indoors that fit everyone in our large group. Access to laundry and outdoor grill were bonuses, as was the beach gear! We were disappointed in finding a few cockroaches in one area of the house. When I let the host know this on our checkout he said he would contact the pest company right away. We were also disappointed in the neighborhood, as several in our group wanted to go on walks or runs, but didn't feel comfortable doing so. Overall though, we had a good experience and the house worked out well to spend time together with all our kids and grandkids during the Thanksgiving holdiday."
