Magnolia Hill Home on Sawtooth Oaks Farm

  • Sawtooth Oaks Farm is nestled on 150 acres of pastures and woods. This listing is for a recently renovated private home on Magnolia Hill. The home has three bedrooms with a queen sized bed, two full sized beds and a full sized sofa bed in the sunroom. It includes a living room, two full baths, dining area, full kitchen and laundry room. Outside is a deck area with a table and chairs off of the sunroom and a front porch made for rest & relaxation while watching the cows graze.

    We allow small events of 25 people max, we do charge a fee for the extra guests over the ones staying nights. Please message me if you are interested and I will fill you in! Our sunroom, living room, deck and yard are perfect for wedding or baby showers & small birthday parties!
