Situé au cinquième étage. Un très grand balcon, bien aéré, donc il ne fait pas chaud. Une seule rue le sépare du centre-ville. La mer est donc proche, mais le bruit de la ville est presque inaudible. La cuisine propose de très bons plats, des casseroles et des casseroles de très bonne qualité. tout est clair. Grande douche confortable. Le seul point négatif pour nous était le garage très étroit. Peut-être parce que nous avons une voiture large, mais c'était très difficile de rouler là-bas. Sinon, j'ai vraiment tout aimé ! Bon matelas, très confortable pour dormir. Agréable à vivre, très lumineux et très propre, calme et fonctionnel. Grande terrasse bien ensoleillée (avec store) ; excellent couchage (nous avons apprécié les lits électriques). Rien ne manque. La Croisette, le mer à quelques minutes à pied. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture (parking privé et fermé très agréable). Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute.
