This property of approximately 200 m², designed as an open-space loft, was sublimated by its owners to offer a unique personality, punctuated by works of art and high-quality modernist furniture. Access to the villa is via a descending staircase that first serves a first fully independent air-conditioned bedroom with its private bathroom. Continuing towards the main entrance, a majestic hall offers an unobstructed view of the light-filled living room, the swimming pool, and the garden. The ground floor is organized around a welcoming living room, a TV area with a high-end billiards table, and a vast living space including a dining room and a fully equipped master kitchen, extended by a back kitchen and a laundry room. Thanks to its wide covered terrace on the facade, this space maintains a very pleasant natural coolness throughout the summer. Upstairs, an aerial walkway serves three air-conditioned bedrooms: a suite with a private bathroom, while the other two share an elegant common bathroom. The exterior is a true invitation to relaxation. The large covered terrace houses a summer lounge and a dining area with a complete outdoor kitchen (gas plancha, sink, refrigerator, coffee machine) as well as a shower room with WC. Sheltered from view, the pool lined with loungers and the partially shaded garden guarantee total privacy. On the practical side, the villa has a private parking at the entrance as well as a second location reserved within the estate.
