### Vacation Apartment Cezanne in Croix-des-Gardes

Enjoy your holiday with family or friends, or work in a quiet, wooded, and secure residence in the residential area of Croix des Gardes in Cannes on the Côte d’Azur, for up to 4 people.  
  
The residence offers an infinity pool with views of the old town of Cannes and the nearby "Îles des Lerins", a tennis court, a multi-sport playground, and a children's playground. The beach is about 700 meters away. You can reach the old town after approximately 2 kilometers and the Palais des Festivals after about 3 kilometers. A bus stop is around 400 meters away.  
  
The apartment is 35 sqm and features a 10 sqm terrace. It includes a living/dining room with kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, smart TV, fridge-freezer with 0-degree zone, sofa bed), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a bedroom, and a children's room with bunk bed. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.  
  
An underground parking space (clearance height 1.90 m) is also available.  
  
Cannes is the first and only French Mediterranean city to be awarded the title of "Surf City" by the French Surfing Federation. We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday accommodation and thank you for choosing our property as your second home during your stay.
