The main room, air-conditioned and attic-style, features a sofa bed (140x200cm), a relaxation area with smart TV and fiber internet, and a window overlooking the rooftops of Cannes. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for everyday needs (hob, microwave, refrigerator, crockery, and cooking utensils) and opens onto the main living area. A shower room with WC completes the layout. A simple, pleasant, and well-located apartment, ideal for a business stay or for discovering the French Riviera. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY From Nice Airport: approximately 25 minutes by car via the A8. From Cannes train station: 5 minutes on foot. Transfer service available upon request through our concierge. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment enjoys a privileged location on Cannes’ main thoroughfare. \- Rue d’Antibes: just a 5-minute walk away, this lively shopping street is lined with luxury boutiques, international brands, cafés, and ice-cream parlors \- La Croisette and its beaches: only 7 minutes on foot, with its palaces, private beaches, and seafront restaurants \- Palais des Festivals and Croisette-Centre: 7 minutes on foot — perfect for congresses and Cannes nightlife \- Gambetta Market: 5 minutes away, offering fresh produce, flowers, and a typical Provençal morning atmosphere \- Forville Market: 8 minutes on foot, a local institution to discover regional flavors \- Nearby amenities: all within 2 minutes on foot — supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaner, cafés, and local restaurants Bus stops on Boulevard Carnot provide quick access to the port, Le Suquet, and Nice Airport. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee. Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
