The apartment is spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It has three bedrooms and a very spacious living room. The living room is particularly light; it opens up to one large terrace facing a little park and a tennis court and one smaller terrace on the other side of the building. This part of the apartment is perfect for gatherings with family, friends or colleagues due to its large spaces and comfortable and modern design. There are two bedrooms with one double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite toilet and wash basin, the other two bedrooms have a bathroom each right next to them. One of the bathrooms has a bath with shower attachment, toilet and wash basin, while the other has a shower cubicle, a toilet and a wash basin. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, ... The living area and two of the bedrooms are airconditioned. The apartment is situated in central Cannes, close to the Martinez hotel. It is close to the beaches and La Croisette while the Palais des Festival is about a 19 minute walk away.
