  • This unique luxury two bedroom property is located in one of the most sought after residences in Cannes called Parc Aiguebel. It is a very secure complex located close to the centre of Cannes. It is beautifully decorated and fully air-conditioned throughout. It has a large ground floor terrace to the rear of the building and a first floor balcony at the front overlooking two beautiful swimming pools. This popular residence also has a tennis court, private garage parking and an on-site guardian. The apartment is ten minutes walk from Cannes city centre and the congress hall is about a 15-20 minute walk down the road.
