PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Inside the apartment, you'll find: \- A stunning living room adorned with multiple sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4, a library, and even a piano. \- A 70m2 terrace divided into two areas: a dining area with seating for 6 and a relaxation area with sun loungers and armchairs. \- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a second terrace featuring a dining table for 4, perfect for enjoying breakfast to the backdrop of birdsong. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access the property within 8 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus from Cannes train station. A 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. Need transportation? WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD A few seconds by car (or bike) and you'll reach Avenue Maréchal Juin, a central thoroughfare that allows you to: \- Visit the famous Mouré Rouge or Palm Beach beaches within five minutes. \- Head to Boulevard Alexandre III for a night at the theater. \- Reach Port Canto to rent a boat or admire the yachts. \- Sip cocktails at Bijou Plage. \- Stroll along the Croisette amidst luxury hotels and sandy beaches. \- Explore Golfe Juan, Juan Les Pins, or Antibes on the other side of the bay.
