In a secure residence, close to the Croisette and beaches, this bright, modern and cosy 33 m² studio is perfect for a pleasant stay in Cannes. Ideal for families or small groups, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The studio features a living area with sleeping space comprising two individual beds convertible into a double bed, an open dining area, a lounge area with sofa bed, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. A south-facing balcony with garden furniture, air conditioning and Wi-Fi complete the comfort of this accommodation. The practical kitchen is fully equipped, and the air conditioning and radiators ensure optimal comfort in all seasons.
