It also has direct access to the terrace. \- A shower room (with a washing machine and Italian shower) and separate WC complete the space. \- Additionally, you will enjoy a little secret passage leading directly to the Croisette. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps on your street, Avenue du Maréchal Juin, you can, within four minutes: \- Shop at the numerous boutiques on Rue d’Antibes (3 minutes on foot) \- Stroll along the Croisette (4 minutes) \- Sip a cocktail at the Carlton (6 minutes) \- Reach the Palais des Festivals (15-20 minutes) \- Explore the city center on foot OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION A parking space is provided for this property.
