The dining area, bathed in natural light, opens onto your private garden with a covered seating area beneath a large parasol \- The first bedroom, no air-conditioned, features a queen-size bed and a wall-mounted TV. It has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet \- The second bedroom, with with AC, identical to the first, also offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet GETTING TO THE PROPERTY The property is an 8-minute drive from the train station. 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment’s location allows you to easily reach on foot: \- The sandy Midi beaches (5 min) \- The magnificent Noailles Media Library, housed in the 19th-century Villa Rothschild (7 min) \- The old town and its charming Suquet district, where you’ll find excellent restaurants and the Notre-Dame d'Espérance church, offering stunning views over the Bay of Cannes (13 min) \- Local amenities such as a pharmacy, supermarket, and bike rental (5-10 min) Additionally, within a short drive or a slightly longer walk, you can: \- Reach the Cannes city center \- Walk the steps of the famous Palais des Congrès \- Stroll along La Croisette, lined with luxury boutiques, grand hotels, and pristine sandy beaches OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Private parking in a garage within the residence.
