*** Information:
The residence is guarded, the garage is in the basement.
The cleanliness is irreproachable.
For your arrival I will welcome you and all recommendations will be provided.

*** Deposit not requested on the site but MANDATORY on arrival, of an amount of 200 €, returned the day of departure.

*** Arrivals are until 20:00, however and according to my availability I can welcome you until 23:00, a supplement of 30,00 € will be asked, after 23:00: 50,00 €

*** Important recommendations for departure:
To do :
- Bed linen, towels, tea towels should be removed, folded and gathered in piles.
- Bins emptied.
- The dishes must be clean and tidy.
- The dishwasher must be emptied.
- The refrigerator needs to be emptied.
- The kitchen area clean and tidy.

If these positions are not filled, a fee of 50 € will be charged.

In case of individual departure you must turn off the lights, air conditioning or heating and close the shutters.
