Next to it: an adjoining shower (with WC) and additional storage. \- Separate WC completes the ground floor. First Floor: \- In addition to large bay windows and beautiful natural light, you will also find: \- The master suite with a queen-size bed (160cm), smart TV, and an open bathroom. \- The second terrace allows you to enjoy every ray of sunshine. \- A large dressing room and separate WC complete the first-floor space. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surroundings will offer you a “village” atmosphere as you like them… Within a 5-minute walk, access all the shops: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, hairdresser. Do you want to go to the center of Cannes? Join the famous Croisette in 2 minutes walk, between the sea and the luxury boutiques, or take public transport thanks to the bus stops a few steps from your accommodation. The Palais des Festivals is a 20-minute walk away. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking is available in the surrounding streets. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
