You will enjoy a spacious living space including a very well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a large sofa bed opening onto a running balcony, as well as two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower and toilet, and a third shower room with toilet, offering optimal comfort for all travelers.   
  
Located on the 3rd floor (elevator to the second), the apartment combines practicality and exceptional location. A parking possibility on request and subject to availability is offered, as well as access to nearby public parking lots (Effia Gare, Gray d'Albion, P Festivals).
