This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment nested on the last floor of a well-maintained building.
You are very central, only 3 minutes walk from the rue d’Antibes, 8 minutes walk from the Croisette, the beach, the Carlton and the Martinez, and 16 minutes walk from the convention center.
It has been fully renovated with high-end equipment. The decoration is modern and trendy, with an elegant mix of bright colors.
The living room is roomy and very nice, it feels good.
The dining area can welcome 6 guests around its wooden table.
The very chic and POP open kitchen is fully equipped.
This spacious living space opens into a nice terrace South/West oriented.
The two bedrooms are cosy and decorated with a different color palette.
The first one is more roomy. The safran color is very warm. It offers two single beds that we can assemble into a double according to your needs.
The second one, all in azur blue and grey, provides a 140cm wide double bed.
The apartment offers a refined bathroom and toilets are independants.
