Enjoy an ideal location within a 5-minute walk to downtown and the train station. 10 min walk from Palais de Festival. 100 m2 apartment, fully equipped American kitchen and living room. A/C in every room and also in the open living area. Ice cold in summer and cozy in winter! Quality linens and towels provided, using a 5-star laundry service.
