Conveniently located only 1 minute walk to the beach, Croisette, train station and 3 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals. Your comfort is our priority. Our duplex apartment is located on the top floor with lift. Open-plan kitchen/living room opening up directly onto the covered loggia. On the upper level you will find two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and two small Tropezienne balconies with lovely views. The space This newly renovated 60m2 apartment plus 9m2 loggia is ready to welcome you. Spread out on two levels thus providing a separation between the day and sleeping areas. On the first level… Open plan kitchen/living room. Kitchen equipped with all the newest appliances, amenities including Nespresso coffee machine, milk-frother, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, washer/dryer to list few. You can choose between two dining areas, kitchen island that seats four or tall dining table in the loggia. In the loggia you can enjoy a comfy snug swing chair. Comfortable sitting area with smart TV. Fast internet with free Wi-Fi access. Staircase leading to the top floor is protected by wooden screen walls Making it safe if you come with children. On the upper level you will find two double bedrooms, two separate bathrooms and two small balconies with chairs and small wall table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or get some work done, both with lovely views to the Cannes center and surrounding hills. Guest access The guest will have full access to the entire apartment. Each adult guests will be provided with a set of keys including the numerical code for the entry door at the ground floor level. Other things to note Please kindly note that this is STRICTLY NON SMOKING apartment. Out of respect to the neighbors in the building NO PARTIES are allowed. However due to its amazing central location, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs just few steps away. NUMBER OF GUESTS The maximum allowed number of guests is four.
