Bedrooms: \- The first bedroom features a king-size bed (180cm) and access to a small street-facing balcony. \- The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160cm) and some storage space. \- A large shower room and separate WC complete the space. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD Just a few steps from your street, Rue Chabaud, you can, in less than a few minutes: \- Shop on Rue d'Antibes (1 min) \- Enjoy pastries, cocktails, or delicious dishes at the restaurants on Rue Hoche (1 min) \- Stroll along La Croisette (4 min) \- Reach the Palais des Festivals (6 min) \- Explore the city center on foot OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking is available in the surrounding streets.
