Located on the last floor of a luxury building, you will enjoy the perfect location of this beautiful apartment.

Perfect location

Wow what an amazing month! Nothing could be better for this apartment. It was beautiful and well equipped and the host was so helpful with excellent suggestions of what to do. The apartment was very comfortable and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to everyone I know who is coming to Cannes! 30 seconds walk from the beach ! Thanks again for an amazing time.

Just like in the photo... absolutely perfect location. It's a little gem. We sat outside all the time we were not sleeping. !!Very secure entrance etc. - we had a fabulous girlie long weekend. Great communications with the owner - lovely and clean.

The perfect holliday property

Spacious apartment

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the accomodation. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and wonderfully located - a short walk to beaches, grocery store, restaurants and a variety of shops. We loved the patio and terrace where we relaxed after days of sightseeing. We have travelled extensively and it is rare to find such pleasant surroundings. Our entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed , spacious apartment on the Cote d'Azur.

Our host was more than accommodating. She informed us how to get to the closer train station when arriving from Paris. The place was beyond our expectations! The home was very cozy and quiet and in a perfectly located part of town! We had a very pleasurable experience and would recommend this place to any friend visiting.

Feels like home

Myself and my family of 5 stayed here and from the moment we walked in we were extremely impressed, straight away it felt like home from home. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and you can easily cook a full dinner. The bathrooms are spacious too!

Fabulous experience

Cannes was the best choice ever - we originally thought of staying in Antibes. The neighbourhood was quiet and absolutely perfect in every way. The location was within easy walking distance to the beach, station, bus, shops, etc. The actual appartment was perfect in every way. Impeccably clean with every convenience we could have wished for.

The apartment is perfectly located in Cannes. Right at the beach and pretty low on traffic which makes a nice and quiet location. We really enjoyed the balcony with the incredible view on the Carlton and on the sea.The host was very nice and after having seen quite some places in different locations in Cannes we will for sure come back to this perfect apartment next year!

I loved it !

The pictures in the listing don’t make justice to how nice the apartment. The apartment is nicer, bigger and with great amenities such as A/C, Internet, great view, good bathrooms and more importantly its great host. He was there as soon as we arrived and was very hospitable. The location of the apartment is second to none. Right behind the Carlton Hotel and a close walk to the best restaurants in Cannes. Would definitely rent again.
