Sandy beach at 50m, swimming pool, 180 ° panoramic sea view, the marina of La Figuerette, the Esterel massif and its red rock that winds from the Alpes Maritimes to the Var. Located in the heart of the Corniche d'Or which connects Cannes to Saint Raphael, the residence "The Bay of the Mediterranean" welcomes you pleasantly upon your arrival. The garden is very nice with many varieties of flowers and palm trees. A mosaic pool with paddling pool and cloakroom is at your disposal. For more tranquility, a standard safety barrier surrounds the pool area. For your car, a private parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage of the residence. Apartment on the second floor, entering on the left a first room with two bunk beds, a bedside table and a window. On the right, a second bedroom with two single beds, these beds can be pushed together to make a double bed, a large wardrobe and a window in this room as well. Next to these two bedrooms, the large bathroom with sink, bath and toilet. then you will find the kitchen very well organized with large fridge, oven and electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine etc ... Open kitchen on the large main room, about 25 sqm, two sofas, ideal for watching TV with the family. In this very bright room, two large windows overlooking the terrace of 18m ² with a beautiful sea view. On this terrace, sunbathing and small meals with friends are waiting for you. And the third bedroom with a double bed is actually a master suite because you have the bathroom including the sink, bath and toilet attached to this room with a large window so very nice. This apartment is very suitable for 6 people. it is spacious, each room has a beautiful surface. The two bathrooms and two toilets are indispensable and practical. Free and unlimited wifi connection. En résumé ce n’est pas une vue pleine mer mais une vue d’angle, et cet appartement est daté; dont les tissus (canapés, tête de lit…) accusent les nombreux passages.
