Quiet, close to shops Boulevard Carnot is one of the main arteries of Cannes which allows you to get to the city center in just a few minutes, as well as to reach the motorway and discover other emblematic places of the Côte d'Azur (Mougins, hinterland Grasse, Nice, Monaco, etc.). This boulevard is also characterized by its architectural richness. It is ideal for congress participants (17 minutes from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for holidaymakers (20 minutes on foot from the beaches). It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people: \- Surface: 25m² + Terrace 7m² \- Living room: flat screen TV + comfortable sofa bed (140X200) + air conditioning \- Kitchen: fridge + kettle + toaster + oven + coffee machine + freezer + microwave \- Bathroom: bathtub + WC \- Services: washing machine + iron and ironing board + hairdryer \- Miscellaneous: quality sheets and towels (organic cotton and fair trade) + small cleaning equipment Additional information: 5th floor, with elevator "Services offered in supplement: \- Early arrival, before 4 pm, according to availability \- Late departure, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability \- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge service / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc... The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit. If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture. \- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€ \- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€ \- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€ ## Property amenities ### Kitchen -
