Located in a quiet area, 50 meters from the beach. This large 3 room apartment facing South-East, is composed of a spacious terrace of 50 m with a superb view on the Mediterranean, a living room, equipped with a flat screen, with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, espresso machine, etc. ....). About Cannes: Capital of cinema, city of stars and luxury... Cannes is now known throughout the world thanks to its International Film Festival. This city offers a wide variety of tourist and cultural activities. With its feet in the water, Cannes is also a famous seaside resort where the sun is always shining. But the richness of the city does not stop there. Its history gives it a particular identity. We discover a rich architecture, mysteries also with the iron mask... In the extension of the Croisette, the Palm Beach is both a quiet area where it is good to walk and full of activity. It is the ideal place to practice water sports (Stand-up Paddle, Kite surfing, windsurfing, Kayak, etc...) and to meet the Cannois on the public beaches and the boulistes on the "Place de l'Etang". There is also the prestigious Palm Beach Casino and its nightclub, as well as the famous Baoli, the Mecca of Cannes' nightlife. Facing the Iles de Lérins, this apartment is ideally located and is perfect to enjoy Cannes and its must-sees: \- Palais des festivals: 20 mins walk / 8 mins taxi-car / bus \- Beaches: 1 min walk \- Supermarket: 7 mins walk / 2 mins drive \- Restaurants / bars: 1 min walk \- Public parking: 8 mins walk / 3 mins drive This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people : \- Bedroom 1: one double bed with a bathroom \- Bedroom 2: two single beds-very large living room \- Living room: TV - convertible Armchair bed (90 x 140) (children) - Air conditioning \-A second bathroom is at your disposal You will benefit from the air conditioning in the rooms of the apartment. The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit. Un endroit bien calme en comparaison de l'autre extrémité de la Croisette. A peine à une demi heure de marche du palais des festivités, de l'Hotel de Ville, du vieux port et de l'embarcadère pour les iles de Lerins. Une ligne de bus permet de raccourcir le temps de parcours. Un point d'attention : en dehors de la chambre à lit double, les trois autres couchages ne sont pas dans la même chambre contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce.
