With a sunny terrace and private parking, it provides a comfortable base for exploring the city. Located in a peaceful residential area above the center of Cannes, this apartment combines calm surroundings with convenient access to the city. This 39 m² apartment features a bright living room with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, opening onto a large sunny terrace ideal for outdoor meals. The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. The bedroom includes a double bed and air conditioning. The bathroom features a shower and towel rail, while the toilet is separate. Situated on the third floor of a residence with elevator, the apartment also benefits from a private parking space. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
