Its balcony extends the living space, while the nearby train station and beaches make exploring the Riviera easy. Boulevard Carnot is one of the main avenues of Cannes, connecting the city center with the wider Riviera while remaining close to the Croisette and its beaches. This renovated studio offers a compact and comfortable space ideal for both business stays and holidays. The living area includes a sofa bed and an additional fold-away bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to three guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space. A balcony extends the apartment outdoors, while the bathroom includes a shower and separate toilet. Located on the third floor with elevator access, the apartment places you within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals and the train station.
