With a pleasant terrace and two bedrooms, it offers a comfortable base to discover Cannes while remaining close to the city center. Boulevard Carnot connects the center of Cannes with the surrounding neighborhoods and offers convenient access to shops, restaurants and everyday services. Located in a secure residence with a guard, this fully renovated apartment provides generous living space and a bright living room opening onto a terrace. The living room includes a TV and a sofa. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms complete the layout: one with a double bed and built-in cupboard, and another with two single beds that can be arranged as a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine, while the toilet is separate. The Palais des Festivals can be reached in about fifteen minutes on foot. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
