A peaceful Riviera setting just minutes from the beaches and the Palais des Festivals. Above Cannes, the Croix des Gardes district reveals a calmer side of the Riviera. Surrounded by greenery and overlooking the bay, it offers a quieter residential atmosphere while remaining only minutes from the beaches and the lively center. Set within a tourist residence known for its panoramic views, this renovated apartment combines comfort with access to relaxing shared facilities. The bright living room opens onto a 10m² south-facing terrace, creating a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the Mediterranean light throughout the day. Inside, the apartment accommodates up to six guests. The living room features a sofa bed, while the bedroom offers a double bed and an additional sleeping area includes bunk beds. A fully equipped kitchen connects naturally with the living space, while the bathroom includes a bathtub and towel dryer, with a separate toilet for added convenience. Residents enjoy access to the residence’s leisure facilities, including an infinity pool with sea view open from April 15th to November 6th, a tennis court and a children’s playground.
