This little corner of paradise of 36m2 located on the second floor will easily accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located halfway between the Palais des Festivals and the beaches access, your accommodation, nestled in the area of La Croix des Gardes, known for its view over the bay of Cannes, will find the right balance between suburban calm and almost immediate proximity to the city center. Enjoying a setting conducive to relaxation, the various activities offered such as the presence of a tennis court, an infinity pool with a view of the sea open continuously from 05/04 to 06/11, as well as a playground dedicated to the youngest will be your best allies in the excellent progress of your stay! The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
