With a south-facing terrace, swimming pool with sea view, tennis court and nearby beaches, it offers a balanced Riviera stay between nature and the city center. The Croix des Gardes district is known for its panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes and its quieter atmosphere away from the busy Croisette. From here, the city remains within easy reach while the surroundings invite a slower rhythm. Within a residence offering an infinity pool with sea view, tennis court and playground, this apartment provides a relaxed base for discovering Cannes. The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace and includes a comfortable sofa bed and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and freezer for everyday convenience. The bedroom features two single bunk beds, allowing the apartment to host up to four guests comfortably. The bathroom includes a bathtub and an independent WC. The beaches can be reached in around four minutes by car, while the Palais des Festivals is about ten minutes away by taxi or car. A supermarket is also nearby. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. My fault for not seeing that the sofa bed was the only sleeping option for my husband and I, as we were traveling with kids who slept in the bunks. The sofa bed was lumpy, uneven and horrible to sleep in. (I have slept in other sofa beds that are ok, this was in poor condition.). The pillows were awful, flat, lumpy and old. The bedding provided is terrible. The pool at this property is great, it’s beautiful overlooking the sea. Everything at this rental was cutting corners, including two trash bags and two rolls of toilet paper for a family of four to stay six days.
