This market offers all kinds of fresh seasonal, quality and regional products (fishing, flowers...). Covered and in the heart of the city, it is an invitation to a gourmet trip in Provence. It is not uncommon to meet cooks looking for the best ingredients. Its pedestrian surroundings will also allow you to discover the many shops and terraces that surround it. Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity to the must-see places in Cannes, you will have at your disposal : \-Palais des festivals : 8 min on foot \-Beaches : 5 min walk \-Supermarket : 5 min walk (Vival) \-Restaurants / bar : 2 min walk The apartment, located on the 1st floor, without elevator, will be prepared at your arrival with sheets and towels of quality (organic and fair cotton). It has a high speed internet connection and air conditioning in a part of the apartment. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
