Pointe Croisette is one of the most pleasant residential areas of Cannes, just steps from the famous Croisette promenade and its sandy beaches. Within a quiet residence, this fully renovated apartment offers a comfortable and bright living space. The living room connects to a veranda terrace, creating an additional space filled with natural light. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living area. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and provides a quiet retreat after a day exploring Cannes. A bathroom with shower and an independent toilet complete the layout. Located on the first floor with elevator access, the apartment offers easy access to nearby shops, restaurants and the beach. L'appartement est correctement agencé et bien équipé. Le parking mis a disposition possède une rampe d'accès beaucoup trop incliné, si vous possédez un véhicule bas, vous risquez de faire frotter votre pare-chocs, voire de l'arracher. Annonces mensongère : l'annonce précise "Cet appartement comprend une chambre, un salon, une télévision, une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas ainsi que 2 salles de bains pourvues d'une baignoire ou d'une douche et d'un lave-linge" mais en réalité il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain, extrêmement petite, équipée uniquement d'une douche et pas de baignoire. L'annonce précise aussi que le salon est équipé d'un canapé-lit, ce qui est totalement faux. Le salon est équipé d'un canapé simple, non convertible en lit mais disposant d'un bac de rangement. À notre arrivée, l'appartement était sale, les serviettes de bain étaient tâchées de dépôts jaunâtres / marrons, semblables à des défections ou de l'urine, la vaisselle n'avait pas été lavée correctement et des traces de doigts étaient visibles sur verres, assiettes et couvert, l'aspirateur était posé en plein milieu du salon avec son réservoir complètement rempli de poussière, la chambre ne disposait d'aucun éclairage (littéralement aucune lumière, ni plafonnier ni lampe sur pied), la lampe sur pied du salon était cassée (la prise avait été arrachée), de la poussières et autres détritus (crayons, mouchoirs) avaient été poussés sous le canapé du salon. La Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait qu'une fois sur deux. Le badge d'accès au parking qui nous a été fourni par l'agence ne fonctionnait pas, la porte du garage ne s'ouvrait donc pas, ce qui nous a forcé à stationner le véhicule dans la rue durant 1 semaine complète et occasionnant PV de stationnement et rayures sur le véhicule. Le temps de réaction de l'agence a été extrêmement long : 1 semaine pour nous fournir un nouveau badge (pour un séjour de 2 semaines). ##### Moise B. It is beautiful and clean and right across from an organic food store, next to a Vietnamese restaurant, up the road from the cinema and close to a Russian Orthodox church.
