Its pleasant terrace extends the bright living space, creating a comfortable retreat between city life and the Riviera coastline. Boulevard Carnot connects the center of Cannes with the surrounding Riviera. Shops, cafés and daily life animate the neighborhood while the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals remain within easy reach. Within a beautiful residence, this renovated apartment offers a comfortable and modern living space. The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace, extending the living area outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space. The bedroom provides a bright and peaceful sleeping area, while the bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Located on the third floor with elevator access, the apartment combines tranquility with convenient access to the center of Cannes. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
