Located close to the Suquet, the beaches and the Palais des Festivals, this tastefully decorated apartment comprises a kitchen opening onto a spacious living room with access to a loggia, a bedroom and a bathroom with separate toilet. It also has a common parking in the residence. This 45m² cocoon can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is ideally located, close to the Suquet, the historical center of Cannes, perfect to enjoy : Palais des festivals / Croisettes : 5 min by car and 12 min by foot Beaches : 2 min by car and 8 min by foot Supermarket : 1 min by car and 4 min by foot Restaurants / bars : 2 by car and 3 min by foot Public parking : 2 min by car and 5 min by foot from Parking Vallombrosa, 06400 Cannes. The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has internet connection and air conditioning in the living room. The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
