With its pleasant loggia and residence parking, it combines convenience with easy access to the Palais des Festivals and the city center. Just above the historic district of Le Suquet, this neighborhood offers a convenient position between the beaches, the Old Port and the lively center of Cannes. Within a few minutes on foot, restaurants, cafés and shops create a lively daily atmosphere while the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals remain easily accessible. Located on the third floor of a residence, this renovated 48m² apartment opens onto a pleasant 7m² loggia overlooking the surroundings. Inside, the living room includes a sofa bed, television and air conditioning, while the open kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and storage space. A shower room with washing machine and a separate toilet complete the layout. With its loggia and practical location, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
