Luxury hotels, designer boutiques and the famous shopping street Rue d’Antibes create a lively atmosphere just minutes from the sea. Parallel to the Croisette, Rue d’Antibes gathers a wide range of shops and cafés, making it one of the city’s most vibrant places during the day. Located in this dynamic setting, the apartment offers a bright and recently renovated 47m² interior designed for comfort and simplicity. The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace, extending the living space outdoors. Inside, a sofa bed and flat-screen TV create a relaxed setting for evenings after a day by the sea. The independent bedroom features a 160×200 bed and dressing space, while the modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
