Its Forville market is the unmissable meeting place for gourmands. Located between the beautiful beaches of the south and the Old Port with its delicious restaurants, it is also an excellent starting point to visit the city. It is ideal for delegates (10 minutes walking from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for tourists (7 minutes walking from the beaches). Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit. The area is set away from the main Palais area but it's only 10 min walk. Getting to the location is a little tricky because you cannot drive right up to it, so you'll need to drag suitcases up the hill. I was quite glad to book the car service from the airport both ways. The driver had the key for me so I didn't need to collect it. The place itself is really good for 1-2 persons. It was just me so that's even better! I do recommend it of you don't mind being set away from the main area. I wouldn't have gone up to Le Suquet otherwise, and I'm really glad I did because of its cute, old, and charming village feel. ##### Sarah B. La cuisine est bien équipée, le coin nuit très calme donne sur un très joli jardin, la salle de bain/WC est vraiment très petite mais il y a pas mal de rangement. A noter une très bonne literie.
